Our small group classes, limited to no more than three participants, offer a personalized approach to help you achieve your individual goals—whether for rehabilitation, fitness, or movement improvement. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, providing focused guidance in a supportive environment to enhance your strength, balance, and flexibility.

COMMUNITY MAT CLASS
A welcoming, all-level mat class that’s all about moving well and feeling good. Whether your are new to Pilates or a seasoned mover this class offers a supportive space to improve strength, flexibility and mind body connection, all whilst having some fun. It’s a great space to connect with others in the community whilst enjoying moving your body.

Hi I’m Nat, the heart behind RnR Pilates. With a diploma in Pilates and Movement Therapy, I’m dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of movement.
My journey has been one of resilience—overcoming feelings of inadequacy, autoimmune conditions, chronic pain, and body image struggles. Despite these challenges, I found healing and strength through Pilates, which inspired me to train professionally so I can share it’s nurturing and empowering benefits.
Pilates transformed not only my body but also my mindset, showing me that movement can be safe, joyful, and healing. I believe everyone deserves a supportive, judgment-free space to reconnect with their body and embrace their strength.
At RnR Pilates, my goal is to guide and support you on your own unique movement journey, building strength, improving mobility and creating connection between your mind and body. Lets work together to create sustainable movement habits that serve you every day!
